AUXO TERMS OF USE

By using the AUXO application you agree to the following terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
AUXO is a platform that lets users create activities and meet around shared interests. AUXO offers two membership types:
- Individual account: for joining activities and creating non-commercial community activities.
- AUXO Business (AUXO Kurumsal): a paid membership for businesses, brands, instructors, organizers and professionals. It grants permission to publish commercial or professional activities.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must register with truthful information
- You may only create an account for yourself
- Account security is the user's responsibility
3. ACTIVITY TYPES
- Individual/community activities may be published from individual accounts.
- Ordinary social meetups where participants pay their own tab or share expenses are not automatically considered commercial.
- Commercial, professional, paid, reservation-based or business-promotional activities may only be published with an active AUXO Business membership.
- AUXO Business entitlement and the Verified Business badge are separate. The badge additionally requires a verification process.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
- You may not create false, misleading, harassing or inappropriate content
- You must respect the rights of other users
- Meetups are entirely the users' own responsibility
- Commercial or professional activities must be published through AUXO Business membership
5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Harassment, discrimination, threats
- Creating fake profiles
- Fraud and deceptive advertising
- Spam and coercive bulk content
- Publishing commercial or professional activities without an active AUXO Business membership, or attempts to bypass this requirement
- Unauthorized commercial promotion and abuse
- Sharing unlawful content
6. MODERATION
AUXO may remove activities, suspend accounts or delete accounts in the event of a rule violation. For accounts detected as commercial without an active Business membership, a progressive notice and restriction process may apply.
7. REPORTING
Users may report inappropriate content or behavior via the in-app reporting flow. Our review team will evaluate reports within a reasonable time.
8. ACCOUNT RESTRICTION AND TERMINATION
AUXO may restrict access, suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their account from within the app at any time.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The AUXO name, logo and design belong to AUXO. Content created by users belongs to the users; AUXO is granted a limited right to use it solely to provide the service.
10. DISCLAIMER
AUXO is not responsible for meetups between users, for their communications, or for any damages that may arise. The relevant business is responsible for the performance of any commercial/professional activity published by a Business member.
11. UPDATES
These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes.
12. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
