- Providing the service
- Improving user experience
- Security, moderation and abuse prevention
- AUXO Business membership management and verification
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. LEGAL BASIS
- Performance of a contract (delivery of the service)
- Legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention)
- Explicit consent (optional information)
5. TRANSFERS
Your data is stored on servers located in Türkiye and, where necessary, abroad. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction
- Object to processing
- Claim compensation for damages
