AUXO PRIVACY POLICY

AUXO ("the App") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
- Identity: name, surname, email, phone
- Profile: age, gender, city, bio, interests, photo
- Content: activities you create, messages, applications
- Business data (only for AUXO Business accounts): business name, category, short description, website/social link, team membership and representative assignments
- Usage: device information, IP address, usage logs
2. HOW WE USE DATA
- To provide the service and improve user experience
- Security, moderation and abuse prevention
- AUXO Business membership management and verification
- To comply with legal obligations
3. DATA SHARING
Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with competent authorities where legally required. If you are a participant in an AUXO Business activity, the business's public organizational information (business name, category, verification status) may be visible to you.
4. USER RIGHTS
Under Turkish personal data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. You may send your requests to auxoadmin@gmail.com.
5. ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete My Account. Your data will be anonymized or deleted in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements.
6. COOKIES & TRACKING
The App processes only the minimum data required for core functionality.
7. SECURITY
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
8. CHILDREN
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
9. UPDATES
This policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes.
