AUXO GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASI

AUXO ("Uygulama"), kullanıcılarının gizliliğini korumaya kararlıdır. Bu politika, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

1. TOPLANAN VERİLER
- Kimlik: Ad, soyad, e-posta, (opsiyonel) telefon
- Doğum tarihi (18+ yaş kontrolü için zorunludur; üçüncü kişilere gösterilmez)
- Profil: Cinsiyet, ülke/bölge, şehir, ilçe, biyografi, ilgi alanları, konuştuğun diller, meslek, sosyal hesap kullanıcı adları (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok), profil fotoğrafı
- İçerik: Oluşturduğun aktiviteler, mesajlar, başvurular, değerlendirmeler, favoriler
- Konum: Yakındaki aktiviteleri göstermek için istenen anlık cihaz konumu (yalnızca uygulama önplandayken); konum bilgin hesabınla eşleştirilerek sunucuda saklanmaz. Aktivite oluştururken belirttiğin buluşma noktası koordinatları ilgili aktivite kaydına yazılır.
- Kurumsal veriler (yalnızca AUXO Kurumsal hesapları için): İşletme adı, kategori, kısa açıklama, web/sosyal bağlantı, ekip üyeliği ve temsilci atamaları
- Kullanım: Uygulama içi etkileşim olayları (etkinlik, aktör, konu, şehir/kategori) 90 gün süreyle saklanır. Toplam arama sorguları, PII arındırılarak günlük özet düzeyinde tutulur.
- Bildirim jetonu: Sana push bildirim gönderebilmemiz için cihazın Expo push jetonu ve platform bilgisi (iOS/Android). Jeton AUXO sunucularında saklanır ve bildirimler Expo Push Service (Expo) üzerinden iletilir; hesabını silmen halinde jeton kaydın kalıcı olarak silinir.

2. VERİLERİN KULLANIMI
- Hizmet sunumu ve kullanıcı deneyimi
- Güvenlik, moderasyon ve suistimalin önlenmesi (hız sınırlaması için IP ve kurulum başlığı yalnızca RAM'de, kısa süreli tutulur; veritabanına yazılmaz)
- AUXO Kurumsal üyelik yönetimi ve doğrulama süreçleri
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi

3. VERİ PAYLAŞIMI (İŞLEYENLER)
Verilerin reklam veya ticari profilleme amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Hizmetin çalışması için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların ilgili verileri işler:
- Cloudinary: profil ve aktivite fotoğrafları
- Supabase: gerçek-zamanlı sohbet aktarımı (mesajlar Supabase'e yansıtılır)
- Expo Push Service (Expo): cihaz push jetonu iletimi ve bildirim gönderimi
- Resend: doğrulama, şifre sıfırlama ve işlemsel e-postalar
- Twilio: yalnızca telefon doğrulaması etkinleştirildiyse, telefon numarası ve tek kullanımlık kod
- MongoDB Atlas / işletilen veritabanı: birincil veri deposu
Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili mercilerle paylaşım yapılabilir. Bir AUXO Kurumsal etkinliğinin katılımcısıysan, işletmenin herkese açık kurumsal bilgileri (işletme adı, kategori, doğrulama durumu) sana görünür olabilir.

4. KULLANICI HAKLARI
KVKK kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakkın vardır. privacy@auxoapp.com adresine yazarak taleplerini iletebilirsin.

5. HESAP SİLME (ÖNEMLİ)
Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil bölümünden silebilirsin.
- Silme talebinde profil bilgilerin (ad, e-posta, telefon, doğum tarihi, konum, biyografi, ilgi alanları, diller, meslek, cinsiyet, sosyal hesap kullanıcı adları, işletme bilgileri, profil fotoğrafları, güven puanı ve rozetler dahil) sunucuda kalıcı olarak silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
- Cloudinary üzerinde barındırılan profil fotoğrafların en iyi çaba ilkesiyle silinir.
- Push jetonun push sağlayıcısında en iyi çaba ilkesiyle iptal edilir.
- Aktif ilanların iptal edilir.
- E-posta doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama kodların iptal edilir.
- Diğer katılımcılarla paylaştığın sohbet mesajları, aktivite başvuruların, verdiğin/aldığın değerlendirmeler, moderasyon kayıtları ve güvenlik amaçlı şikayetlerin sistemde kalır; ancak bu kayıtlarda kimliğin anonimleştirilmiş bir hesap olarak görünür. Bu kayıtların, diğer kullanıcıların bütünlüğü, güvenlik ve suistimalin önlenmesi için tutulduğu bilinmelidir.

6. ÇEREZLER ve İZLEME
Uygulama; reklam kimliği (IDFA/AAID), reklam SDK'sı veya uygulamalar arası izleme teknolojisi kullanmaz.

7. GÜVENLİK
Verilerin gizliliğini ve bütünlüğünü korumak için makul teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler alırız (aktarımda TLS, şifrelerin bcrypt ile saklanması, oturum jetonlarının doğrulanması dahil).

8. ÇOCUKLAR
Uygulama 18 yaş altı bireyler için tasarlanmamıştır. Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihi zorunludur ve sunucuda 18+ doğrulaması yapılır.

9. KONUM
Konum izni yalnızca uygulama önplandayken istenir; arka planda konum erişimi talep edilmez.

10. GÜNCELLEMELER
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde bildirim gönderilir.

AUXO PRIVACY POLICY

AUXO ("the App") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded.

1. DATA WE COLLECT
- Identity: name, surname, email, (optional) phone
- Date of birth (required to enforce the 18+ policy; never shown to other users)
- Profile: gender, country/region, city, district, bio, interests, spoken languages, profession, social handles (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok), profile photo
- Content: activities you create, messages, applications, ratings, favourites
- Location: your device's foreground-only location when you request nearby activities. AUXO does not store your device location against your account. Coordinates of a meeting point you enter when creating an activity are stored on that activity record.
- Business data (only for AUXO Business accounts): business name, category, short description, website/social link, team membership and representative assignments
- Usage: in-app interaction events (event type, actor, subject, city/category) retained for 90 days. Search queries are kept only as PII-stripped daily aggregates.
- Notification token: your device's Expo push token and platform (iOS/Android) so we can send you push notifications. The token is stored on AUXO's servers and notifications are delivered via Expo Push Service (Expo); on account deletion your token record is permanently removed.

2. HOW WE USE DATA
- To provide the service and improve user experience
- Security, moderation and abuse prevention (IP address and an install header are used ONLY for short-lived, in-memory rate limiting and are NOT persisted to the database)
- AUXO Business membership management and verification
- To comply with legal obligations

3. DATA SHARING (PROCESSORS)
Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising or commercial profiling. To operate the service, the following processors handle limited data on our behalf:
- Cloudinary: profile and activity photos
- Supabase: realtime chat delivery (messages are mirrored to Supabase)
- Expo Push Service (Expo): device push token delivery and push notification sending
- Resend: verification, password-reset, and transactional emails
- Twilio: phone verification code and phone number (only when phone verification is enabled)
- MongoDB Atlas / self-managed database: primary datastore
Data may be shared with competent authorities where legally required. If you participate in an AUXO Business activity, the business's public organizational information (business name, category, verification status) may be visible to you.

4. USER RIGHTS
Under Turkish personal data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. You may send your requests to privacy@auxoapp.com.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION (IMPORTANT)
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete My Account.
- On deletion, your profile data (including name, email, phone, date of birth, location, bio, interests, languages, profession, gender, social handles, business information, profile photos, trust score, and badges) is permanently removed or anonymised on our servers.
- Any profile photos hosted on Cloudinary are best-effort deleted.
- Your push token is best-effort revoked at the push provider.
- Your active listings are cancelled.
- Your outstanding email verification and password reset codes are invalidated.
- Chat messages you shared with other participants, activity applications, ratings you gave or received, moderation records, and safety reports are retained; you appear on these records as an anonymised account. These records are retained for the integrity of other users' history, safety, and abuse prevention.

6. COOKIES & TRACKING
The App does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), advertising SDKs, or cross-app / cross-site tracking technologies.

7. SECURITY
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data (including TLS in transit, bcrypt for stored password hashes, and session token verification).

8. CHILDREN
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Date of birth is required at registration and 18+ eligibility is enforced on the server.

9. LOCATION
The location permission is requested only while the app is in the foreground; the App does not request background location access.

10. UPDATES
This policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes.
